A credit card is required for a 30% deposit for appointment. It doesn't get charged unless the following happens:

1. 24 hour or less cancellations and/or reschedule. You will pay a deposit, and have to rebook.

2. A no call no show will result in a 100% charge of the service and will be unable to book on-line going forward.

I send reminders via text and email so please make sure these are correct.

If you arrive 15 minutes late you'll have to reschedule and be charged 30% of your service.
